Went yesterday morning to get a wash and now it's no longer acceptable to have the strap there. Same guy that let me go in the past now says nope. I try to explain to him that the strap is wedged in and can't be removed, while he's jerking on it trying to pull it out. When I ask why, he says read the sign. The sign that can't be seen until you pay and pull forward. Also the same guy that I asked not to push my passenger mirror in. He did it anyway and when I asked why, he said because I want to!!!
