Unfortunately, Peter canceled this work just a few days prior to when the work was to begin. This left me scrambling around to try to find another electrician to complete our project. I'm really surprised that Peter canceled as we were just communicating the day before he canceled and everything was confirmed.

The install day came and Josh called to let me know he was 20mins away. He arrived and showed him what i needed done and said he could do it today. He explained what he was gonna do and finished the job in record time. Nice clean job. He was very professional and courteous. If i ever need a electrician i will definitely call Peter at True Power. We immediately let our landlord know and they gave me this number to call and make an appointment. So I called the next morning at 9:30 am and Louise answered! I told her my water heater only has cold water and no more hot water. She said that Martin could come to me same day to look at it. She needed to speak to my landlord first before going thru with the job. When she called me back at 10:15am, she said that she's guessing the eta would be around 1-2pm or 1-3pm as they were currently on a job in Kapolei and would call me back with a definite eta. We were waiting until I called Louise back at 2:30pm if she had an eta but no answer... Christopher, the son, he called me 5 minutes later saying they just finished in Kapolei and they still needed to get the water heater before coming to us. So we asked to reschedule for the next day in the morning. Next day, they arrived at 8:40am. They quoted me an estimate time of 1-2 hours to replace the water heater depending on difficulty. It took them an hour... or 50 minutes to be exact! They said it would take 30-45 minutes for hot water to be up and running. Air-O-Smith is a family owned business. They cut three holes in two of my walls and still had a hard time, so they took off my toilet and replaced the gasket. I don't think that was the cause of the leak, because they looked through one of the holes and said there was a slow leak in one of the pipes below my unit. Before they cut a lot the guy told me not to worry about the holes because the company was going to fix it. Then the guy reassured me again that the company was going to fix it after they cut the holes. Before they left, the guy called the office and said the company couldn't make the walls "like new again". Then he told me that it was the Association's responsibility to fix it, because they called them. I called the Association and they claimed that I was responsible for the work which they called a plumber. The point is that the plumber had no information on who was responsible for repairs and so they misrepresented that their company would do it without cost to me. They said they would restore everything and then cut two extra holes because they couldn't find the leak. Then left me with holes in the wall and a missing tile on my floor and telling me it's not their job.
