Per our contract "cash out" amounts we are to be owed around $3k, which the owner Jason and I agreed to. Fast forward about 6 months later we still have not received a dime of what we are owed per contract. He has told me we'd be reimbursed a certain day, that day comes around and nothing. Now, I have not heard from Jason in about 2 months. As other reviews state, communication is a big problem. It is a task to get into contact with Jason and weddings are already stressful enough but even more so when the venue is inconsistent and not transparent with communication. Just one example is when we asked if the glass arboretum for the reception area would be complete in time for our wedding. Jason gave us the run around and my mother in law ended up reaching out to the construction company directly to get the answer. Yes, the venue is wonderful but the amount of added stress and lack of professionalism from the owner is not worth booking your wedding or event here. In an email sent from Mrs. Helms the owner of the Bottle Factory today (3/24/20) she has very boldly said she will NOT REFUND any money paid ($6000) in capital letters. And she will make sure their wedding will be beautiful on April 11th. Clearly, she doesn't care about the well-being of the community because she is willing to continue holding LARGE events in the community potentially spreading the Corona Virus!

There are not much parking in the area but if your event is on the weekend you and your guests will be fine because you can use the other business that are closed on the weekends parking area. The place has a upstairs that I only got to see part. I went there to use the restrooms. Really nice place with plenty of space. From what I heard the rent is quite fair. I even thought about having one of my birthdays parties here. It is a good place for any kind of party really.
