A few days later he completed the install and did a satisfactory job. Upon completion Tyler asked if we have any issues in the next 12 months that we contact him exclusively stating that he was "married to it" until then. Approximately six months later the unit began making a strange noise so I attempted to contact him (texts, calls, messenger, email) ....nothing no response. I was forced to call in an outside contractor at my expense (all should have been covered under warranty) Skip forward to 12 months later I realized I had no copy of the receipt so once again I tried making contact and got ghosted. In a text I simply asked for a copy of the $7150 bill and again nothing, so I was unable to claim it on my taxes.
