I'm really recommend this dentistry. I came with a problem, my crown was cracked, my tooth was very painful and hypersensitive. Treatment was arranged for me very quickly. They monitored if someone canceled the appointment to fix my problem and I am very grateful to them for that. I also discovered caries and they made a crown for me in a short time. The people who work there are very empathetic and professional. I would like to express special gratitude to Dr. Matthew Wasemiller and Dr. Joy Kim and R.D. Hygienist Shalon. I didn't have a pleasant experience. The antibiotic that Dr. Joy was to write never made it to the pharmacy. My last visit to Dr. Brown's was three years ago. At all of my visits I have been referred to other dentists for other services. On Monday, 10/9/23 I was referred to another dentist. I needed to have a tooth extracted. I do understand that other dentist provide needed professional services which Dr. Brown's office doesn't provide. Finally, as a 70-year-old man, I believe this office could benefit from some serious diversity. I will not recommend this dentist to anyone. read more

I have had two trips to this dental office thus far and I must admit, I am in awe of how well their staff is for accommodating my requests. I came from San Diego and so I made an appointment thinking it would be weeks down the road but the office was willing to schedule me the same day. I was further surprised that when I went in to get my tooth ache diagnosed that I was able to get a root canal done right then and there. I'm normally used to having one visit diagnose the issue and then schedule a follow-up appoint to treat the issue. I had a fantastic experience here. I wish I remembered the name of my hygienist because she was WONDERFUL but she shared any having 6 kids, so whoever that it. She was funny, called my nerves and was super gentle. She was also informative without getting too technical. I'm pretty picky with dentists and am always weary about them pushing services that aren't needed, but I didn't experience that here. Amazing office! If you have Operating Engineers Dental, you know the struggle of finding a good in network office. We live in Menifee and it is worth the drive to Temecula!!! They know the insurance, so no bumbling around trying to get answers or figuring out what it or isn't covered. Both my husband and I are so pleased!!! I have been going to this dentist for over 3 yrs now. The staff and the care that they provide has been great, until yesterday. It was very upsetting to find out that this office is charging 3% fee to use your credit/debit card as a payment. It is unfair to those people, like me, that have a HSA savings account (card) to pay for medical bills to be charged 3% more of what it was the balance for the service I received. I'm seriously considering looking for another dentist. read more
