I've been a patient of Brown & Wasemiller since moving into the area a few years ago. I receive cleanings every six months, and every visit has been fantastic. The cleanings are always gentle and thorough. Nothing is ever rushed. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I just had to. I also wrote this review on Google as well. I never saw a solid five-star review at a dentist before, especially when the count is approaching 500 reviewers. They really deserved every one of them. Recently, I cracked a tooth in the late evening. I called the number after hours, and sure enough, minutes later, I received a call that they would see me in the morning. At 8:30, I arrived, and before 10 am, I walked out the door with a complete temporary in place. Pat Brown patiently waited till I felt numb to begin. There was no pain at all. They continually checked in on me during the procedure to make sure I was doing ok. Thank you so much for making this a very pleasant experience. read more

Dr Brown and his staff are the most professional and courteous people I have come across when it comes to dentistry, and I have had numerous dentist from Hawaii to Sicily . The staff is always friendly, they have outstanding dental hygienists who thoroughly clean your teeth gently and carefully, the billing department are happy to assist you with your insurance billing and questions, and Dr. Brown takes care of each patient as if they were his only patient and not as a number like many other dentist that I had the misfortune of visiting prior to finding Dr. Brown and his office. I had a tooth that required to be removed and went with an implant, while my implant was healing, one of my teeth moved a considerable amount so Dr. Brown gave me some options and I decided to go with braces, he took his time getting that tooth back to the exact precise position prior to fitting the implant, he was so meticulous each visit adjusting the braces to within less than a millimeter, Professional, Courteous, Caring, definitely recommend Dr.Brown and his office to anyone requiring dental services. read more

I have very sensitive teeth, so naturally I dread cleanings. My most recent visit for a cleaning was probably the best I have ever had. Melissa is my hygienist and she is awesome! Very friendly and very gentle while yet still being thorough. As long as she is cleaning my teeth I will go there! My last cleaning was not quite as stellar I will say. I was scheduled with a different hygienist who was rather aggressive and I left with swollen and bleeding gums. There were many times during the appointment that I got zingers and was gripping the armrest of the chair and squirming around. I had no exam by the doctor and the hygienist just told me that everything looked fine and he didn't need to see me. Well, that doesn't really sit well with me - I expect an exam, even just a brief one. I'm giving the practice 5 stars despite the one negative experience because my first and most recent visits earned it, and I think the last one was an anomaly. Everyone deserves a pass every now and again, and since the rest of the service I have received has been great and the office staff is attentive and friendly I think it is justified. See y'all in 6 months. read more

My last dentist wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for deep cleaning, Dr Brown's office was the first to let me know I have PPO insurance and they covered almost all of the cost! Joy Kim, DDS, is an excellent dentist. She is very kind and personable. She frequently asked how you are feeling. This is the best group of dentists I have been to. During my last visit I was there for an emergency crown and my wife waited for three hours in the waiting room. The staff was wonderful! They made sure she had coffee and was well taken care of.
