I went in to purchase a new glass piece. The price was more than I was given with the original purchase. I asked if the store could honor the original sale price to help out with this issue. I was told no and offered no assistance. Bottom Line, the pieces are overpriced. The employees were less than helpful. They could have had a customer for life but instead now I write out this review. Would give it 0 stars if I could based on their customer service.

Given Oak tree road is a bit of a drive for us , we normally order extra Paan from Royal Paan , to enjoy the following day . But doing the same from here was wasted money as even the normal Sweet Paan was nothing close to our liking or even edible. They also sell cigarettes , Hookah and the works , but their namesake Paan was an utter flop for a true Paan fanatic like me.

We did not have reservations, the place was fairly empty but we were told that there was not availability other than 2 share a hight top round with a gentleman that is already at the table; we declined. I understand some areas of the lounge being reserved but some should stay open for the general public. Beautiful establishment but our experience does not reflect what we normally experience with cigar lounges, which is inclusiveness. I have been to several lounges before and am a member of a cigar lounge, this experience does not align with the cigar lounge culture.
