For toes I'd go here. Always an open chair and they have all the colors. Never been disappointed. For nails, depending on who does them and the process you choose, it's hit or miss. I've had good powder dips and ones where the removal process was too harsh. For a basic manicure I'm sure it's fine. The place is large and there's almost always a tech available. Very rude technician. Did not speak to me at all, seemed to hate her job, spoke loudly to others in Vietnamese but never even said hello to me. Did not respond to anything I said, and yes, she spoke English fine, as she was speaking in English to someone else at the cash register. I will not be going back again. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I have been to K Nails at least 20 times, and have always had a good experience. Today, the angry, hostile, dismissive nail technician spoke loudly for the entire 20 minutes in Vietnamese to the room, never smiling, and no one responded. so it was some kind of rant. She never once acknowledged me, applying polish remover to bleeding cuticles where she had overcut, spraying actual scalding water on my feet, and then abruptly just walking away without a word. I had no idea if she was done, and started to walk to the register. Then, from 20 feet away, she spoke-- shrieked-to me for the very first time to tell me to sit back down as the polish was not dry. I left a normal tip based on past experience at K Nails, but I will never go back. This employee literally despises the customers, and obviously, the salon is fine with that. read more

Amazing nail techs. Love the paraffin foot treatment. They are always so careful with my bad knees and gI've option to have nails and toes done at same time. Only place around that does tapp hybrid nails. They always have the newest polish and techniques like cat eye ombré. My elderly mother is a regular here and when I was home visiting her for Thanksgiving, I came with her and my teenager for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I had come with her before a couple years ago and had a good experience too, but after reading the recent reviews, suggested going to another place this time, but my mother insisted and since she has very sensitive skin and bad feet (severe bunions) I wanted her to go where she was comfortable. I am so glad I did not listen to the other reviews. The place was as gorgeous and clean as I remembered from August 2021. Every item is individually packaged, clean, and sterile, and they use high quality products for their lotion, bath salts, skin masks, etc. I have never had such a good pedicure in my life, and I get my nails done regularly. The massage was amazing and I felt thoroughly pampered. They asked if I wanted to soak my old gel manicure off while I was getting my pedicure or wait, since I guess somebody complained about them doing it at the same time previously. I didn't want my family to wait longer for me and I'm not used to getting the option at home; they do manicures at the same time as pedicures to save time at my regular salon to save time, so I did have them soak/wrap my gel manicure off while I got my pedicure. The color application was perfect and the staff was so friendly and nice. I noticed they took extra care with my picky mother, and I really appreciated that. She's sweet but high maintenance and I know how challenging that can be to deal with. I put my shoes on too early and messed up my pedicure on a couple of nails and instead of just redoing those toes, they redid the whole color application for me! I wish I could go here ALL the time, but I live in California, so I'll have to just go whenever I come home to visit my parents. K Nails is a new-ish salon so I thought I'd give it a try. The inside is fresh and clean and I was immediately assisted to a chair for a gel pedicure. I also wanted a gel manicure and while my feet were soaking a man came over and started wrapping my finger nails. This is not a relaxing spa experience at all. During my foot/massage a lady came over and began scrapping the old gel off my nails. Again, not relaxing. My toes looked great when done and I was shuffled to a chair for the manicure with a different person. I was not impressed. She only did 2 coats of my light pink color-it definitely needs 3. After all this a week later my polish started peeling from the cuticle. I'm very disappointed and won't go back. read more

I called, made an appointment for 2pm with Tina for a pedicure & Victoria for a fill. Apparently, I missed a call from K Nails @ 1:54pm. &, because of that. They gave my appointment slot away. I walked in @ 2:03, to that news. "We can't let our guest wait." I was flabbergasted. I told the little front desk girl, "your priority is your customer who called this morning & made an appointment for 2pm". This little girl said, "you didn't answer your phone" (mind you, I was on the other line with my sister, who is literally seconds away from birthing my nephew. She called from the hospital.)
