She pays attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything throughout the whole process! When I was confused about the different types of manicures (dip, acrylic, gel x), she took the time to explain everything to me and I never felt like she was upselling me. I only rate 4 stars because there was not clarity on pricing. I originally booked for a regular polish mani pedi and was quoted $60 total. On arrival, I asked what the up charge would be for a gel cat eye mani and was told it was $15 extra. At checkout, I was told it was $15 extra for the gel plus $15 extra for the cat eye and somehow that added up to a $95 total? I still don't understand the math on that Nin was amazing, though, and I would see her again, just probably for a regular polish appointment. Having a physical pricing sheet shown to me would have really helped in making an informed decision on the service I wanted, instead of walking out with a slightly soured taste in my mouth from the miscommunication

This spot is always packed full of people so be prepared to wait. I usually do not have to wait for my eyebrow wax but on this last visit which was Super Sunday there was a lot of people and I had to check in with the hostess a couple times to be seen.
