From what I have seen, they specialize in acrylic nails, manicures, pedicures, and waxing for both men and women. They use hospital-grade autoclaves to sterilize all metal instruments. Their individual-use liners eliminate bacterial problems associated with pipeless jet pedicure tubs. They also use disposable nail files, buffers, pumice stones, toe separators, and slippers for each customer to ensure protection from cross-contamination. I don't exactly remember which service I requested for my pedicure, I will say the extra service received was greatly appreciated. The ice cream, the chocolate candies offered, the wine, and the massage chair ... all were a nice touch to the customer service. This place is open from Sunday to Saturday. I've been coming to Nail Techs since 2022. Today was the first time I've ever had bad service. I told the tech that I had wanted a fill-in for my natural nails using the dip powder. The tech began really well with first nail but then nicked me on the second nail. He then stopped filing and began removing the dip powder with a press on nail. That second nail was broken and the nail bed was completely damaged. He then continued with that method of ripping and breaking then went back to my pinky and tried to remove my natural nail with the press on. By then I was so overly done with the service I dad to just cut and file. Even that was horrible. I ended up having to file my nails myself in the car. Seeing that he didn't know the difference between fake and natural nails. I won't be returning. All the techs should be knowledgeable about their work/craft.
