Those same terms apply to 'Fur Babies' The staff are mostly kids just working which is fine; but the owner has this hot air attitude I can't understand when you voice any concern for your pet. I took my cat in for a mail trimming and was appalled to see them rip him out of his crate right there on the front counter like a fresh slab of meat at the local deli. I thought well maybe he was being difficult, but i see him completely limp in their arms, they proceed to put him in a headlock and assure me its for everyone's safety, but i just see my cat getting more nervous and scared. I ask to see him for a minute and ask if i can try to hold him to help calm him , grab him by the neck and try to position him for them to cut his remaining paws, this ultimately doesn't work and when i handed him back and asked that they not be so rough. The owner (blonde hag) turns her back to me and says fuck off. I'm typically not the type to leave reviews at all but when you are so careless with peoples pets and then try to cry for your safety when you take 0 precautions for yourself or staff, i can only feel contempt for you.

The first time, I didn't realize the error until I had already driven 40 minutes home--completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. You'd think that would be a one-off mistake, but no. The second time, I made a point to check the order before leaving the store, and sure enough, it was wrong again. At this point, it's not just an occasional oversight--it's a clear lack of attention and care when handling pickup orders. Customers rely on these services for convenience, but instead, it's become an inconvenience and a frustration. Management needs to address this. Whether that means retraining current staff or hiring employees who can follow basic order details, something has to change. I can't recommend using their pickup service if they can't consistently get something as simple as bag size correct.
