Repeated mistakes on pickup orders at this pet store. Twice now I've placed an order for cat litter, and both times they've given me the wrong size bags. The first time, I didn't realize the error until I had already driven 40 minutes home--completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. You'd think that would be a one-off mistake, but no. The second time, I made a point to check the order before leaving the store, and sure enough, it was wrong again. At this point, it's not just an occasional oversight--it's a clear lack of attention and care when handling pickup orders. Customers rely on these services for convenience, but instead, it's become an inconvenience and a frustration. Management needs to address this. Whether that means retraining current staff or hiring employees who can follow basic order details, something has to change. I can't recommend using their pickup service if they can't consistently get something as simple as bag size correct. read more

The worst. My dog looked horrible and still had a terrible smell. They literally do not know how to groom a dog. She's an inside Corgi, it shouldn't be that hard. Never again!! read more

I decided to get another goldfish for my tank today, on the way home we noticed something else swim around in the bag. IT WAS A PARASITE. We check the fish and there were parasites all over this poor goldfish. We take it back to the shop and they take it to the back. We got another fish with no parasites. But most of the goldfish being sold have parasites on them, I don't know how this has gone unnoticed. read more

My son and I entered the store at 8:45 pm. Sign says closes at 9 pm. We were looking for an algae eater. Simple. I looked for an associate. She called for help. Then came to the fish area to inform me that they only sell feeder fish after 8 pm. No signs in the fish area stating this. Poor service. It would've taken 5 minutes to scoop a fish and bag it. read more

Stay away from this grooming salon. The people there are very rude and make up stories. Nikki should not even be working as a pet groomer. She cant even handle brushing a 7 lb. Very laid back cat. These people are a joke! Dont know where they received their training! Go somewhere else please!!!!! read more

I would not recommend the grooming. We scheduled appointments for our three cats. We got a call that the groomer won't do them because they are aggressive. We had them there before and no problems. Our vet always comments how docile our cats are. APPARENTLY the cat groomer is butthurt because we preferred the other groomer . The other groomer no longer works there. She would comb them out instead of shaving bald spots everywhere. We will never be back to buy anything from Petsmart. AVOID!! read more

Took our puppy to the grooming salon here In Hanover, Pa. We recieved excellent service from Jen. Our dog can be bit difficult to groom, and Jen was very patient, and displayed wonderful care. Went in here for bird supplies and the isle that is labeled birds, is filled with fish stuff.. didn't know fish were birds.

Was visiting family in the Hanover area and decided to get my dog groomed. Dropped her off a month ago and now she as Kennel cough. $600.00 vet bill. Thanks, Petsmart read more
