They did a wonderful job, and also completed several smaller punch list items for us. The Service Manager, Michael, and his crew are top notch. They were courteous and professional, treated us and our home with respect, and performed all work to the highest standards. We lived in our rig during the work, inside the shop bay. They made the employee restroom available to us during off hours (the public restroom was available during work hours).

We contacted our finance company about options to get out from under our camper payment due to the circumstances. They told us to get a written offer from a dealer and they would probably take that offer because of the diagnosis. We contacted many dealers with no luck finally we contacted four seasons they told us to bring it up and they would give us a written offer so we did. They looked at the RV and told us it was a very clean RV and we would have a written offer by the next morning and nothing was sent. I contacted them a couple times and got told it would be tomorrow. Well Tomorrow never can now they have stopped even responding to us. This cost me about 100 dollars in fuel that we did not have but was hoping it would help us out from our huge obligation. I feel like they just wanted to see the camper and had no intention of giving us an offer. I would highly recommend staying away from this Dealer. Bob the guy we worked with lied thru his teeth that he wanted to help. Should have realized when he told me he came to work there from camping world. Go to Grain valley at least they have the kindness to tell you no don't waste your time or money to bring it here we're not buying RVs right now!!!

This great campground has new owners that are making great changes! They stay in the park as well…read moreand are always busy working to make sure things are improving and that guests are happy. The store has a wide variety of grocery items, produce, even hot fresh pizza which is super convenient since town is about 10 minutes away. The pool, bathhouse and everything are very well maintained. Love that they have a dog park where my pups could run off leash! Convenient stop right off of I-70. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!

Today I realized they didn't even clean before they caulked. I'm ripping globs of it off by hand and both seams on the front of the camper popped on less 3 months. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work when I payed them $2300.

We bought a used 2011 Jayco Baja Popup Camper and ordered 3 canopy legs from Harper Camperland…read more They ordered the parts from Jayco. We later found out being first time camper owners that the canopy was shot and needed way more parts, therefore not worth fixing. Jayco refused to let us return the parts. I will never own another Jayco camper. Harper Camperland land however reached out and Chad and the manager tried to make it right by giving us 1/2 our money back. They didn't have to but felt the need to do right by their customers. I will use them again and am very grateful for great customer service! Thank you!

The owners here are SCAM ARTISTS! They literally charge DOUBLE the price on service and parts compared to other shops. I needed my jet ski fixed, so I brought it to 321 Kawasaki, El Dorado, KS and it had had a similar problem before, so I knew about how much it would cost to fix it. Well, to say I was SHOCKED when I received the bill would be a gross understatement! Nearly $1,500 to replace a $300 part! When I asked Lee Luinstra, the owner, why my bill was so outrageously high compared to what I had paid before at another shop, he told me "That's just what I charge. If you don't pay, we'll just keep your jet ski". Seriously folks, if you ever need your jet ski serviced, DO NOT take it to 321 Kawasaki! Hell, I'd stay away from even purchasing a jet ski or motorcycle from them too, just because of the shady way they do business and treat their customers.
