History
Established in 1978.
The business opened with just four employees in Casper, Wyoming. Today we have over 350 employees and associates and are one of the largest remodeling contractors in the United States with over 140,000 happy customers over the years who have allowed us to be their contractor. We firmly believe our success has been, and will continue to be, a function of our commitment to give customers the best value for their money. That means using the best materials available, not just the most expensive. Meet the Business Owner: Larry J.
From age 10, as a small town boy, Larry worked with his father building up their family roofing and siding business, while attending school. After attending college, Larry continued in the family business. On 1971 Larry moved to the Rocky Mountain region, where he gathered more expertise in general remodeling and new home construction. In 1978 K-Designers was formed by Larry and Lee Judson with four employees in Casper, Wyoming.
During the 80's K-Designers outgrew Wyoming and expanded to Billings, Montana and Denver, Colorado. In 1984 Larry D. Judson was named President of K-Designers. In 1986 K-Designers expanded to the West Coast and established Sacramento, California as its main office. Between 1990 and 2011 K-Designers grew to exceed $55 million in sales with over 600 employees and associates, and has become the largest Home Improvement Company in the West.
In 2007 Larry Judson was named Chairman to GE Money Project line Advisory Board
