I've been enjoying Spinning lately, and this is definitely one of my most favorite places to get my sweat on! Upon walking in, you'll notice that this isn't like your average, bigger "chain" spin studio. This place is a boutique-like, small place with an intimate feeling. They have a "lounge" type of area with seating, coffee, and you can even purchase pre-made food from their huge cooler. The bikes here allow you the option to either clip into the peddles with your spins shoes, or to strap in to the peddles with your regular sneakers. They do not have shoes for you to use, so make sure you wear good shoes if you do not have spin shoes. They do provide a towel if you don't bring your own! The spin room itself has about 25-30 bikes. They are Schwin bikes with above average comfortability for your butt! This is very important! Haha I must say, if you're looking for an awesome ass-whoopin' ... BROOKE is your girl! This woman is amazing. Her class is exciting, fun, high-paced, high energy, and just everything you want in a spin class! She pushes you so hard, but makes it clear to make the ride "your own" and do the best that YOU can. She's uplifting and empowering and I really look forward to spinning in her class! Spinning has become such a big part of my life. I'm just shy of 700 rides and already looking forward to the day I hit 1,000! ‍ There's just something about getting on that bike, the music, the energy in the room, and pushing yourself through a ride. No matter what kind of day I'm having, this place has become my escape. I can walk in carrying the stress of the day and they help me walk out feeling completely different. They also offer red light therapy, which is great for sore muscles and recovery, and leg compression therapy, which feels amazing after a good workout. This place really is my happy place. I love the energy, the instructors, the people I've met, and all the rides I've shared with them and even the Pilates has me hooked. It's become so much more than just a place to work out. The hostess was incredibly sweet, waving the $4 cleats fee as it was technically my first class and I was unaware. Making my way to their locker room, they were decorated for Valentine's Day. I thought it was a sweet touch. The rooms, including the bathrooms, were very clean and smelled nice. Bathrooms were equipped with all the essentials, including feminine products, which I appreciated. My instructor was Dariann. Super sweet and high energy. She was engaging and motivating, keeping everyone in good spirits during the class. I enjoyed the song choices and the over all energy of the class. At the end of the session, the hostess was waiting at the door with cold towels. After an intense workout, those really were welcomed! :-D Looking forward to my next class.

My favorite part is that they have shoes there for you to use and they are clean the bathrooms are always spotless. You would think with how sweaty the people walk out of class the place with stink like a teenage boys locker room LOL but you walk in to a smiling face and a great smell! Everything appeared clean and organized. The wife was thinking about getting a membership at this type of gym and then possibly me too although the bike seats are really tiny and hard. They had a huge red and white locker room combined with a social lounge area. They offer special bike shoes for rent or they include them in the three tier monthly membership plans, which Eve explained to us. The best plan for an active member is the Unlimited for $159 monthly, although there are two cheaper plans but not unlimited access. Eve offered us a one time each trial cycle class which is great - Try Before You Buy - which is good marketing. They do have a penalty fee if you do not cancel within twelve hours of your appointment slot or simply dont show up, since there are only so many bikes available. Hope to upgrade my review rating after my trial.

All staff had a big smile on their faces; it was a great way to start the morning! Super clean facility and quality equipment. I want to especially shout out Chelsea and Fran. I called in advance and they told me all about the location, where to park, and all the details to prepare! They were happy to help with setting up the bike, too. They made me feel super comfortable and had such welcoming energy!! I really liked the class format too and Chelsea's affirmations during class. I did not see a shower but I also did not ask. They had a clean bathroom. I did not see amenities like hair ties available. Once I got settled in my bike there were staff members coming in to support anyone who needed help. Someone came up to me to welcome me to the studio as it was my first time there and asked if there was anything they could do to help. I appreciate the attentiveness. The ride started and David had lots of energy and a great eclectic playlist. It was already about 100 degrees in Miami when I arrived to the studio and the sets being completed with David I felt I was working out outside. I had a great time. I recommended the studio and his classes to friends.

The instructor (Dana, the schedule did say she was a sub for the class), sounded dehydrated and lacked energy in her instruction, though she fully rode and led a detailed workout. She sounded like she should have been narrating a Pilates classes instead. She kept calling out a girl in the class whose mother had taught her how to be an instructor for the entire class. How do I know about this girl's background? The instructor kept commenting on the girl and her mother and saying how she couldn't believe the girl was already in high school. I heard her say one other girl's name once, then she kept calling out to "the Jacksonville crew" in reference to a few riders who had dropped in from Jacksonville. The instructor also kept line dropping from the songs that were playing, as if she couldn't think of anything else to say at the moment. Like "Don't believe me, just watch" from "Uptown Funk". She was an older instructor, so it came off as her trying to be hip and relevant. Her arms sequence was a little hard but short, like she ran out of time and had to shorten it. The whole class was off putting. I felt completely excluded and unmotivated to have fun and put in a good effort. I had to channel my frustration into giving myself a hard workout. Thank goodness the front desk ladies are kind and helpful and already have shoes ready for your bike spot's cubby when you book a class ahead. They still are not giving out towels to use during the workout nor opening lockers to store belongings with the pandemic, so make sure to bring a towel and put your bag next to your bike. The workout is great for cardio exercise, so I'll return for another instructor who doesn't create such an esoteric atmosphere.

They do make you sign a waiver via QR code . The QR code wasn't working , I would advise to simplify process for first time guests to send via email to spare some time . You do need cycling shoes , they cost $4 to rent . Once you're checked in they walk you to your bike and make sure your bike is set . I did notice for some reason the RPM was not showing on my bike . Other than that the class was so enjoyable , and awesome playlist . They do have amenities such as sauna , and cold plunge at additional price . There is plenty of parking which is an added bonus !

I took a class from Rustin tonight and it was fire on my legs but in such a good way. He pushes the class to be better than the last song and to go at their pace. The studio is very clean and there are plenty of bikes available. There are also some other rooms for different types of workouts. There are shoes you can use for your ride (size up for sure!) and towels because you're gonna sweat. If you've been thinking about trying a spin class, here is your sign to do it! I left and signed up for the intro monthly pass and can't wait to go back tomorrow.
