Not only was the paint job immaculate, he also expertly patched a ton of old holes and nicks in the walls. You'd never know how damaged these walls used to be. I've been a customer of Wilber's for several years. Up till now I've always found them to be…read morereasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don't know what's happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber's decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It's sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it's certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with.

Carols was the only one that wanted to do it in person so he could be as detailed and precise with the quote. Gave me a quote Monday and started work on Tuesday. I feel if I had gone with an another person they would not have seen that it needed extra prep work prior to painting and the walls would have had rough spots and lines. Carlos and Carlos Sr. Worked on the project and got it done quickly but correctly. We a super happy with results and cost. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing.
