I saw this new Korean restaurant on social media and thought i have to try it. Im glad I did. Its a fast casual type restaurant that has Korean style food but also some sushi rolls. The service was great and the woman behind the counter helped us a ton trying to figure out what we wanted and even offered small samples to try. And it helped for sure. To start with the few things I think can be improved, the decor is practically non existent but I like to review of food, not ambiance. The sushi rolls offered are much to be desired, I would compare them to basic grocery store type rolls. Could use more flavor and I think them sitting in an open cooler effects how they are. I will say I was very surprised on how much I enjoyed the Dragon fire shrimp entree. Normally would touch seafood in a fast casual type environment but I really like the flavor it had. The spicy chicken and pork were also very solid along with the fried rice and glass noodles. I will want to try coming back to try the dumplings and the steak entrees, just couldn't eat that much food.

I like the concept-fast casual Korean food. Impressive menu with a variety of dishes to please most anyone. I ordered the one item-beef bulgogi with white rice. The portion sizes were also very generous. However, I was not impressed by the quality of the food. Perhaps because we came at the end of the day (7:00-which I'd think is prime dinner time), the food was obviously not fresh. The noodles had a consistency that made me think they'd been under the warmer for a while and the beef had a strange flavor that I did not prefer. I'm not ready to write the place off-especially since the curly haired young man behind the counter was so friendly and enthusiastic. But if I return, I'll stop by earlier in the day when the food may be more fresh.

I tried this place based on a rather misleading food influencer video. They showed piles of food--proteins specifically being served to them in some kind of platter like family meal. Turns out it's more akin to a Panda Express or walk down the line and have your food dished into polystyrene to-go boxes and then you go find a table or take it to go. Sadly, the protein parts of the meal were just too small. Tasty but too small. The rest of the container was filled with rice and noodles. We tried a variety of Seoul (2 meat) plates and what they lacked in size, they make up in flavor. It's just one of those places where you leave wondering about the cost to value ratio after having enjoyed the flavors. I would give it a 3.5/5. Food flavors: 4/5, food portions: 3/5. The interior is clean, the service friendly.

Was excited about this new Korean spot near my house. Have been visiting since they're soft open, and it's now one of my favorite spots to have lunch or dinner. The staff are friendly, and knowledgeable about the food if you have questions. The chef cooking is also always friendly. The Seoul plate is my go to. Some of my favorites are sweet jeju chicken, spicy pork bulgogi, Gangnam steak, dragon fire shrimp basically everything has always been tasty and fresh. Portion sizes are good and filling. Their Kimbap rolls are really good and make for a nice quick lunch. So far so good one of my new favorite places helps it's down the street

Really wanted to love this place but we were definitely underwhelmed ): saw lots of great videos on this place and really wanted to try it, the food definitely looks really good but the taste and quality not so much. We went mid day on a Wednesday, and most of their food was low, so I feel like we got more meat crumbs than bigger chunks, the food wasn't really hot, the japchae was really dry and hard and lacked flavor ):

I've been here a handful of times and it is always a great experience and the food is so delicious! The owner, the couple times I've met him while he was serving people, is so sweet and seems to really care that his customers are satisfied. The vibe of the place is super clean and not too noisy, and I love that they play kpop music! Definitely coming back again soon!

    Crispy dumplings on point!!

They opened at 11 and I got there around 10 min after opening. The person at the front desk/server couldn't speak English very well but we made ourselves understand one another. Nothing was ready for service. I think that's my biggest complaint. All of the buffer counters were empty. He said around 10 min. No problem. I have my phone for entertainment. Around 15 min later, some items were finally laid out and I got my tomato hot pot going. The buffet has lots of variety from vegetables to seafood when it was finally filled. I also had the bbq - bulgolgi chicken and beef. Both were sliced on the thicker side. Both tasted really good. Again, took forever to get that going. Even when I left at 12:40pm, there were only two items in the ready made food section and the rest of the trays were empty. Come here around 1PM for lunch. Hopefully dinner would not be a problem.

I had ordered the King Katsu with the sauce on the side and the sauce added a delicious thick, tangy, and sweet sauce that elevates the dish. I came out of here full considering I ordered the Katsu and sushi roll and ate it all by myself for a total of about $40. I am a little bit of a big back so I would definitely recommend bringing another person with you as one meal can easily satisfy two people. I will definitely be back again to try the other delicious Katsu's they have to offer ‼

We sat in the restaurant table and chairs. Started with a small cup of Miso. Was reduced with enough level of savory deep rich miso. Ordered Baja Roll. Katsu Curry and King Katsu. Portion and size haha wouldn't fit on our 4 top table. People use their fist as reference and they are not joking. Thoughts. The king katsu was pounded too thin. My opinion. Super crunch with lots of panko. Sauce is good. Balance of some sweet and savory. Sesame dressing on the finely chopped slaw was good. Asian sweet mayo like dressing. Curry was ok. Nothing specially. Like the cutlet on the curry katsu more than the king katsu. Baja roll was the only thing I didn't like. The herbaceous cilantro in the roll didn't work for me. Also could have more fish to rice ratio.

This KBBQ spot offers a really good price compared to others AND the meat quality is just as good as the more expensive KBBQ locations. The menu is expansive and filled with delicious options. But what I was most delighted with is that as we kept ordering more food, even by the 5th round, their meat size and quality never hindered. I feel like some KBBQ spots give the less good meat as time goes, but it felt like they gave us even better meat. I also noticed the attention to detail with the servers/bussers as we never had empty dishes on our table for too long, drinks were refilled without asking, and the grill was never able to reach the black char stains as they were quick to replace it. The service was good! Sadly, they do not have the iPad to order from, but our waiter was good and timed it perfectly to put in another order for us. Service is quick, and they are good at clearing the table of plates. I wish that their grill had a cover, though, for cooking, because the grill had some charcoal bits on it before we even started cooking. They do have a vent above the grill to catch the smoke, so that is really nice. And they have a lot of seating. For $34.99 AYCE per person, I think this place is worth it! Can't wait to come back!!
