The damage was repaired well but he forgot the suspender button for the trousers. I didn't check the trousers when I picked up the suit, which is my fault I suppose. But when I went back to get the button put on the trousers, he wanted to charge me again. He wouldn't come to any compromise which in my book is bad business. He has lost a customer and I won't go back there.

The work wasn't exceptional, but it was more or less adequate. However, the wool blazer I picked up this week looked terrible and was unwearable. The lapels were very stiff and stuck out at an odd, awkward angle. It appeared that they used way too much sizing. When I pointed out the issue and asked that the blazer be redone, I was shocked that the man behind the counter refused to fix the problem. He insisted that the problem was with the blazer fabric and construction, not the cleaning service. I told him repeatedly that the blazer lapels weren't stiff when I brought the blazer in to be cleaned and the other 2 blazers I own in the exact same brand, style and fabric do not have stiff lapels, including the one they previously cleaned, but he refused to listen. He was, in fact, quite rude and unprofessional and he made it clear that he couldn't care less whether or not a customer was satisfied with the cleaning service.

The 'cleaning' lady doesn't speak English and offers no help. I assume she texted the owner/ manager but everyone in the place started taking out the clothes from the machines. Don't go here if you can help it. This is the last time for me, it wasn't that great without these issues to begin with. Some issues occur about 1/3 of the time for me.
