It was hot, and just wasn't a pleasant experience. Well since this I can say things have definitely changed. The washer/dryers are very updated and not too pricey. Windows were clear & clean, ; very few machines out of order & the non-working ones were clearly marked; clean floors; no yucky smells; & the lady at the desk was friendly without being intrusive. She isn't one to initiate conversation, but she is up for chit-chat if you start it. I guess if I got to do laundry (not my favorite chore), this is this kind of place I prefer to go.
