She took off a small portion of the polish that was chipped with a file then proceeded to paint over the jagged part that she'd just shredded with a nail file. Yes, my nails looked so janky. I asked her to redo after BUFFING, which she did, but it wasn't much better. By that afternoon they were a mess. I will never, ever go here again.
