Tammy, the person who was taking care of me; was extremely kind and made the whole experience lovely and calming from when she started doing my nails. The whole place was nice and calming and I enjoyed the environment. She communicated well and made sure I actually liked what she was doing to my nails.

Thoroughly disappointing experience…read more.. After having the LIV pedicure (top of their menu of services) my feet did not look any different before or after the pedicure. Looked like I just had a polish change, which was also very sloppy in execution. My job requires that I travel, so I have a regular mani-pedi. Over the last year I have had several done at LIV Nail Bliss, unfortunately the quality of service keeps getting lower with every visit. After today's experience I have made the choice to seek services elsewhere. The manicurist seemed disengaged from her work, and the whole service was very carelessly done. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:00pm, however she was still busy with another client. 10min later another manicurist got the water running and asked me to soak while waiting...my actual pedicure only started around 7:35pm. The foot filing was done without much effort (I brush my teeth with more vigor!) resulting in no improvement of my dry/damaged heels. The scrub and clay mask was hastily applied and removed almost as quickly. The paraffin treatment was not evenly distributed, resulting in only half my foot getting coated, and the remaining paraffin pooling in the bottom of the plastic bag. Apparently there was also supposed to be a relaxing foot/leg massage...however it felt more like just an application of moisturizer. When it came to applying the colour, the sloppiness can be seen in the attached photo. Thoroughly disappointing experience...and despite trying to address the matter during the process, it appears to have fallen on deaf ears (hence prompting this review be written). LIV Nail Bliss 'appears' to be a trendy nail bar, but unfortunately the level of service does not live up to expectations (especially at this price point). Highly recommend seeking another service provider for your mani-pedi. Unfortunately tomorrow I will have to go have a proper pedicure done elsewhere...

Upon arriving the male owner or manager was in a heated argument with three Middle Eastern customers at the cash. Mall security was present but not doing much other than watching. My understanding was that half a pedicure was done, the customer was not happy with how it was going and stopped the service. The argument was over how much she would then pay. The four of them continued arguing for over twenty minutes (we were fifteen minutes early and they took us five minutes late while they continued to argue). My mother's pedicure turned out fine. I was very disappointed. Their swatches of shellac to choose from did not match those they had on the actual bottles, so they looked for about ten minutes to try to find my light beige shellac and in the end couldn't find it. I opted for a comparable polish colour and it has chipped within hours. I'm a trainer for a very large cosmetics company and teach both artistry and customer service. Whether these women were in the wrong or not doesn't matter. Witnessing such a high stress situation for my mother and I was enough to ruin our experience. For the small amount they were arguing over, letting the women leave happy would have paid for itself with my mother's return business which they will not see. Overall the decor is very nice, although messy and disorganized. I would not recommend this salon.

The place is bigger than it looks from the outside. Silver lion heads adorn the rear of the white chairs. Everything in here is stark white making it seem even brighter than it was in there. Large TV on the wall, be ready for only music of the Vietnamese genre coming from it. (It was nice) The woman who serviced me, I think her name was Ten? She was dressed head to toe in purple and was very personable. I had gone in for a pedicure and she did a great job. Price on par with everywhere else, about $40 for a regular, no gel. Would return. The salon is clean, bright, and organized nicely in a row. I love nail spots like this where you can sit next to your friend, rather than the ones where you can't sit together and you're at more spread out stations. I didn't need anything special. I was in a bind and needed my Shellac polish removed. In many other places this is something that can cost way more than it should, but I was so thankful to find that it was only $7.00 here. Perfect. Totally reasonable. It was a Saturday, and I was expecting to have to wait since I didn't have an appointment, but to my (very pleasant) surprise, they were able to see me right away. My visit was quick, cost effective, and efficient. I would go back again if I'm in the area, for sure!

In the front, there are again 8-10 nail stations. The staff are lovely, greeted with a smile from everyone upon arriving. I chose my colours and went to the back. After my pedi and an episode of Holmes on Homes I headed to the front for my mani. There is another TV in the front, the news was on which was kind of nice. On one wall though, they have a huge wall unit, the top half has OPI nail polishes, and the bottom half has little kits with nail files, buffers and other instruments with customers names on the boxes! Super cute and a nice touch - saves money and ensures your return customers are taken care of. Very clean place, as I was one of the last booked customers for the day I watched as a few staff cleaned up their stations - incredibly thorough! I've already booked my next visit and look forward to going back :)
