I was told by someone that all I needed to do was let someone at the office know I moved out. No one was there to tell. I tried calling 3 - 4 times and the recording said "the mailbox is full." Finally, I called Corporate who tried calling them (at a telephone number I did not find online) and said someone will get back to me. It has been over a week trying to get ahold of the office manager! We will see how this turns out!
