In July 2025, during our vacation, our pet was boarded at another facility where she contracted kennel cough. Mitchell from Rocky Mountain Animal Hospital promptly retrieved our pet, ensured she received treatment and isolation until our return. This proactive approach exemplified genuine care. Yesterday, we brought our pet in for spaying, and she is a contented animal today. We are fortunate to have such a caring pet facility. Via recommendation of some friends who had purchased birds in the past. My fiance asked a few simple questions about some of your birds prices and dietary needs because he knows very little to nothing about parrots and the care they need. You very passive aggressively told him nothing and what little you did answer you spoke as if you have the right to disregard a customer trying to learn.
