They have large, medium, and tiny doggie areas. I wanted my two dogies together and they respected my wishes. This is the most well organized pet care I have ever felt 100% content with. The kitties have his and her own divided area. I will never take my doggies to another pet care. The doggies are not allowed to walk out into the front office, now that is a such a relief for me. Even the grain-free and hypo-allergenic varieties at PetCo had something in it she was allergic to. It was getting to the point where I had to decide if I was going to feed her food I knew was going to make her sick or have to make all of her food for her. Thankfully, K&M opened. The first time I went in and told the staff what I needed, they walked me through every bag of food in the place and went through the ingredients with me until we found a brand that would work. The staff continues to recommend new treats that fit with her diet, and even let me know when one of the varieties I buy was changing their formula and adding an ingredient she was allergic to. I ordered her ashes and paid over 800$ for all. Later, at home, I wrote to the doctor saying how disappointed I was at the lack of care I rec'd. He called me to talk and I called him back and left a message and he did not try to reach me again. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I work with a person who used to work for AAH and boy, did I get some validation on the crappy care he offers; his GREED, his anger issues, his throwing of things, his yelling at employees and finally, his lack of professional ability and care. My dog would have died anyway I'm sure but at the expense of 800$???? I have gone to All Creatures in Evansville and though some may not agree, have wonderful care there.
