They come out quarterly to treat the property for insects and help prevent infestations, and their service has always been outstanding. Recently, I discovered that my roofing company had done a terrible job on a previous repair, leaving a massive opening that allowed rats to enter my home. Multiple companies came out to investigate, and not a single one could figure out exactly where the rodents were getting in. Then Nick and his associate showed up. Within TEN MINUTES of getting on my roof, they found the problem that everyone else had missed. But here's what really sets this company apart. As you can see in the attached picture, the roofing company eventually returned to correct its mistake. Nick actually went out of his way to come back and show the roofers exactly what they were doing wrong. Even their proposed repair would have left openings large enough for rodents to continue entering my home! Think about that for a second. Nick wasn't there to repair my roof. That wasn't his responsibility, and he certainly didn't have to get involved. But he cared enough to make sure the problem was actually fixed instead of allowing another company to do another half-baked job. THAT is what exceptional customer service looks like. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers rather than simply collecting a payment and moving on. Nick and his team have earned my trust and loyalty, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars aren't enough for the level of service these guys provide!

They kept saying they were all in other parts of the country and were having trouble locate the tech because he never picked up or responded. Very unprofessional and they never tried to actually fix the problem and kept asking me to wait. I have an emergency and need help now and should not have to wait after I had a scheduled appointment and they failed to show. I contacted another company and they are are sending someone over to help right away. Please do not waste your whole Saturday like I did. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their billing and customer service has been very disappointing. Over time I began receiving multiple invoices for the same service--sometimes up to three invoices issued days or months apart for the exact same charge. Because of this confusing billing practice, I later discovered that I had accidentally paid several invoices twice over the past year. I contacted their account specialist, Sandi, and provided documentation showing the duplicate payments. I requested a refund since these overpayments were never identified or credited on any invoice or statement. I was told that the payments had been "absorbed," but no documentation or explanation was ever provided to show how those payments were applied. After requesting this information three separate times without receiving any proof or clarification, I decided to cancel my tree service and ornamental service. I was also told that a manager would contact me to discuss the issue, but no one ever followed up. After more than 16 years of loyalty and using several of their services, the lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-up has been a major disappointment--especially from a family-owned business that I trusted for so many years.
