Over time I began receiving multiple invoices for the same service--sometimes up to three invoices issued days or months apart for the exact same charge. Because of this confusing billing practice, I later discovered that I had accidentally paid several invoices twice over the past year. I contacted their account specialist, Sandi, and provided documentation showing the duplicate payments. I requested a refund since these overpayments were never identified or credited on any invoice or statement. I was told that the payments had been "absorbed," but no documentation or explanation was ever provided to show how those payments were applied. After requesting this information three separate times without receiving any proof or clarification, I decided to cancel my tree service and ornamental service. I was also told that a manager would contact me to discuss the issue, but no one ever followed up. After more than 16 years of loyalty and using several of their services, the lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-up has been a major disappointment--especially from a family-owned business that I trusted for so many years.
