He is cheerful and positive, and we enjoyed working with him. His team, Chris and Chantha worked efficiently and professionally and we are extremely happy with the new look of our interior. He even stained my deck and also painted the shed on the outside which needed a lot of work. Thanks Rick and AllStar Painting!

I highly recommend ProQuality Construction! Gheorghe does…read moregreat work and is always eager to get the job going. I have had him and his crew out a few times now for a few different projects. First time he came out was to help correct some trim issues created by the previous contractor who did very poor finishing work. After completing that job he had recommended having my house painted as he said the paint was getting thin in various areas. A few weeks later him and his crew were back to prep and paint the house. They did an awesome job and I was very pleased with the new color. About a month later I had him out to install a tongue n groove pine ceiling on my covered deck. Followed by repainting the deck floor and railings. I couldn't be happier with everything that was completed on my house and I think you will too when you hire ProQuality Construction!

He walked with us around the house and told us what we needed to have done with different options. He wasn't the cheapest quote but $1000's less than others. Vlad his helper worked just as hard and was a very professional and friendly young man. Our house looks beautiful again. We would definitely recommend this business and planning to hire George for other projects. Thanks so much

I would also like to thank Anna and Mike (office manager project manager) for scheduling and coordination. Like Bergen said, "We won't sell you what you don't need." This is true! I appreciated everyone's honesty and expertise. I'm very particular: Mike and German ensured to carry-out my detailed instructions--and they delivered! Flying Colors Painting Company was highly recommended to me by a fellow neighbor and friend in my neighborhood. I liked the quality and attention to detail FCPC delivered to my friend's house. FCPC has been in business for 44 years and they're local! I support local businesses whenever possible. My FCPC experience started off with the estimate. Bergen took accurate measurements and did the necessary calculations. In this inflated economy, I didn't mind paying the asking price because I knew I was going to get a good quality repair and paint job. A few months later, the house was pressure washed. DJ and John were very diligent with ensuring the mildew on the fascia boards located on the roof were cleaned--and they delivered! I inspected all around the house and the house was cleaned to my expectation. Two weeks later, father and son carpenters Mick and Jones worked very hard to replace the dry rotted T1-11 siding boards. Each of the panels are 9' x 4', and the repairs warranted 5 panels. Dry rot existed on the chimney box siding, and sidings by the kitchen and back of the house. Mick and Jones are very skilled carpenters, and they worked diligently and efficiently. I am very pleased with the repairs! A week later, the painting commenced. I was very PARTICULAR with the painters. I presented my attention to detail in a professional manner...the painters were very receptive to my requests. I met with lead painter, German and communicated to him the fine details and personal touches I wanted to be done. German, Miguel, Pascual and Miguel are very skilled painters. The painting process lasted four days. I am very pleased with the quality of the work product of the estimator, pressure washers, carpenters and painters. I highly recommend FCPC! They were quick to bring issues to us and ask for our input when needed and did a fantastic job! Our house looks beautiful and they were even able to tackle some issues we did not anticipate around our exterior siding. We did have some hit or miss with communication (I think the office may be understaffed which is super understandable at this time in the world) as far as we were not notified when the crew was going to show up and we had some difficulty getting response to make sure payment was settled but it is absolutely nothing to impact the quality of the work that was done. We would not hesitate to use Runland again and hope to use them for some interior painting as well. Thank you!!

I had the worst experience of my life dealing with John, the owner of Runland Painting in Puyallup,…read moreWashington. He texted me one evening stating he had dealt with difficult customers before and always wins! I am still not sure why he texted instead of calling but it was after hours. He believed I agreed to some work that I did not agree to have them add to the contract and began ridiculing me, threatening me and definitely trying to bully me in texts. After reading the contract carefully I wished I had read it thoroughly enough to realize how one sided it was in favor of the company. Please beware of any contract before you sign it. I learned the hard way. They finished the job and now he has threatened to not honor the warranty as it is on the contract I signed. Not sure if he can even do that but would not want his company at my home due only to his attitude. I am 76 and have not dealt with anyone with customer service as bad as his was in my life. They also do not give any kind of discount for military or seniors or any at all. I guess that should have been a red flag too but the man who came to my home was so nice I guess I did not think about all of that before I signed the contract. That is why I am writing this review to let others know before they sign a contract, especially Runland's contract. Please beware more diligent before signing theirs or any contract. I have learned a valuable lesson.
