I recently used All-star Painting for our home prior to listing it on the Market. Rick(Owner) understands high quality customer service and cuts no corners. He had strong professional opinions about the right way to do things, to provide me with the highest quality work. He insisted on power washing the house and checking the siding for moisture prior to painting. He also took the time to point out areas of the house where trim boards had root and needed to be replaced (he noted, inspectors would catch it and it would probably cost us in our sale). He also provided the lowest of 3 bids I got coming $1000 and $2000 below the other bids respectively. During the job, weather was not great and Rick was very assertive in informing me of the timelines. He was also very responsive to my concerns about his workers or areas of the house that needed touch up. Allstar Painting is licensed and bonded!!! About 2 weeks after the job was completed and the job paid for in full, our pre-inspection sales report on the home came in and revealed, the gutters had leaves in them, which was part of the contract. I let Rick know and he was out the next day, addressing the oversight of one of his employees. I can not recommend Allstar Painting enough. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being bad and 10 being good, I would give Rick and the guys a 13. I would use Allstar Painting again and recommend Rick and his guys to friends and family alike. Most professional company, I have worked with. I forgot to mention--I use to be a painter and I could only dream of doing work this great, they had gen did 2 coats of paint!!! read more

We called Allstar Painting LLC and talked to Rick Pittser the owner about painting our master bedroom; we gave him the room measurements so he could give us an approximate estimate cost of the painting. His estimate was very accurate of the final actual cost of the job. Rick was able to come to do the job in a few days which met our schedule for painting and have new carpeting installed in the bedroom. He and his employee lightly sanded the walls and ceiling for rough spots, taped off the ceiling light, heat/smoke alarm and all the wood trim areas and painted 2 coats of paint, had us inspect the work accomplished and cleaned-up in the same day. He gave us the extra left-over paint, explained how to store the paint, told us how to tell if the paint is still good to use and how electricians properly install switch and plug-in plates. Rick and his employee were very careful moving equipment into and out of our home and they did a very good job of painting. We are very pleased with the work Rick at Allstar Painting LLC performed and we will definitely use them again if we need any painting done. read more

Rick is the sole business owner of AllStar Painting and he went above and beyond to fulfill our request to paint the interiors of our rental property in WA at such a short notice. Since we are out-of-state, Rick communicated every detail with before and after pictures via text and email as well as informed us of the damage done by the tenants to the drywall and bifold doors. He even repaired them for us and saved us a lot of money. I think most painters would just go paint and not care about the alarming issues around the house they are painting. But Rick would call to let us know any issues he saw that would need fixing and give us feedback on if he can fix it or refer someone to us. That just shows his integrity towards his work. We did shop around before choosing AllStar and their pricing was much more affordable than other businesses. You cannot beat the price and level of care Rick puts in his work. Rick recently finished painting the exterior of our house and we could not be more pleased! Rick came out in March and gave me an estimate. Between the estimate in March and work beginning in May, Rick stayed in touch with me and answered any questions that I had within 24 hours; most of my questions were answered the same business day. Rick suggested several things that we had not considered when painting the exterior of our home, these additional little touches made the finished product much better. Rick spent lots of time prepping to ensure we would end up with a good finished product. He showed up when he said he would, he left the work area neat and tidy at the end of every day and he finished when he said he would. I had a gentleman who I paid to do my home inside and out, and the guy left me without finishing (and I paid him the full amount) Rick came in finished all the work inside and completed the outside. He did such an amazing job in such a short time, I am so grateful . I wish I would've started with him to begin with, And his work is impeccable.! I was impressed with Rick before I met him because his contract was written very professionally. I have reviewed contracts from many contractors and the detail is important so there are no misunderstandings. His painting was beautiful with attention to detail. He helped us with color, fixed gutters, replaced the fascia, treated the roof and fixed other imperfections. The interior and exterior of the house, barn and shed look brand new. Rick was able to get the paint completed before the rainy season because he worked so hard. I don't live in WA and appreciated Rick sending pictures of all his work keeping us updated on his progress. When I saw the finished project, I was thrilled with the result. Called Rick at AllStar Painting, after another painter backed out on the day he was supposed to start painting . It's the end of season and was concerned I wouldn't be able to get the exterior of my house painted. Rick told me he would stop by after he was done working that night. I am so happy with the new paint on my house. Rick did a great job walking us through the project as well as providing a written estimate and "Scope of Work" to be completed. He spent a week prepping the house, including pressure washing house, deck, driveway and porch, cleaning gutters and sealing any cracks and replacing nails/screws and sealing them. Rick from AllStar Painting LLC did a fantastic job on our house. It hadn't been painted in 8 years with the sun blaring on it.
