Sad story. I called John Kline Septic to repair an issue with my septic's aerator system. I would have been nice if they had asked a few up front questions before coming onsite, because they charged me for a site visit just to give me a phone number to call another company. I called to talk through the issue, and they offered to knock $20 off the $95 bill. Maybe John Kline Septic does a great job for most customers, but this consumer was extremely dissatisfied.
