Mike also has limited IT experience and many times fumbles around trying to fix issues he doesn't know how to fix while simultaneously doing Google searches (same searches I already saw and tried) and then after wasting a good Amount of time and money brings on a IT tech to try and fix the issue, which is what should have been done from the start. Cooper Group been around for almost 20 years and never had any sort of issue with any vendors until dealing with Mike. It has been confirmed that Mike had had the same issues with other customers her tried to take from his previous employer DBSI, which have also been chased off due to Mike's shady billing practices. Plenty of honest providers out there . Steer clear unless you want to end up in a lawsuit with Mike as many of his previous clients already have.
