We picked one out and sent it in to be engraved. a few weeks later it came in and was not correct the engraving was way to small and not centered. We adjusted the text so that it would fit better and be easier to read incase of an emergency and sent it out again. This time we waited weeks to get it back again and my birthday was long over. This time the text was purfect but the bracelet was a whole inch to big. I contacted Kay's again to have it resized so I did not have to worry about losing it during a seizure or having it stolen while I was unconscious. I was informed that they would not be able to resize it and the only thing they would do was return and refund the Product. So I went in today reluctantly to try to figure something out and decided to get the 400.00 dollars back and purchase a new medical ID of some sort. The lady did not even want to show me the book to pick a new one. I left in tears. Here is my problem a few days after my husband bought me that bracelet he was diagnosed with stage three matastasized malignant melanoma. My husband is nearing the end of his fight and that was the last gift he bought me before he was diagnosed. Now it's gone forever. My husband and I have been shopping at Kay's for the last 22 years our Wedding rings were purchased there and every single piece of jewelry we have purchased for one another over that time has come from Kay's all over. Sadly Kay's will never receive our business again. I should have just kept it even though I could not use it. I had no idea that this would be such a heart breaking experience.

I had to print programs for my brother's memorial service and they were able to do it same day and for $165 less than a local funeral home. I was worried what the programs would look like but the quality was beautiful. I highly recommend this business.
