By September I hadn't heard anything, so I went by the shop, chose my fabrics, and continued to wait. November came and I called to ask when they'd be done and was told they'd be ready in late January /early February. June 2019 came and he finally called me to ask what I wanted him to do with them (?!). I called back and left a message stating that I still wanted them done, and was then told he didn't want to do them after all. No explanation, nothing. Rude, unreliable, and inconsiderate.

I emailed and asked if it could be left off the wood strips I ordered next. Jana emailed back that they could, but to note it on the order. So I place the order, noted in the order comments to leave it off the back, but when I receive my order, both sides are finished with acrylic. I email Jana, copying our original conversation and point out the mistake and that their order system doesn't even populate the order comments onto any of their docs -- not the invoice, order confirmation, etc. She tells me I should have noticed that before the order showed up and emailed them about it. No apology. No acknowledgement of error. No offer to make it right. In other words, if you have a special request, you need to tell them three or more times along with reminding them with every part of their multi step invoicing process. I'll be looking at Trotec Materials, Johnson's Plastics and others for my laser materials now.
