I was told 3 weeks for the part, but Chris in service put me in as critical and low and behold I was only here 10 days! They have no control over parts but they can control customer service and THEY ARE AMAZING! I have my dog with me and didn't have enough dog food , so one of the parts guys (mike) offered to drive me to get dog food on his break. Who does that???? Well, it turned out I knew his wife from the truck stop I fuel at, she works there! Long story short... the hotel was awful and Mike and his wife offered me their home while I was here. The truck for ready b4 I went there but the kindness blew my mind. Thomas (parts), Mike (parts), Chris (service) EL (service) and Brian (service) are some of the most amazing people, and u sm so blessed that this is where my truck broke down. First time taking my car to the service department and unfortunately it was not pleasant. I had to…read morekeep calling to check on the service of my car. I was given a quote and approved that amount, but when I picked up my vehicle, it was $1200 more than the estimate. I paid it because I needed my car, but had an attorney help me draft a letter and sent it certified mail requesting half of my money back. Under Ohio laws (OAC 109:4-3-13), automotive repair companies need approval before making repairs exceeding the initial quote. On the positive side, they did provide me a vehicle while my car was being repaired and did end up reimbursing half of my money. Then, 4 months later, the same diagnostic code came on my Jeep and I made an appointment at Kufleitner's, as the work has a 2 year warranty. They refused to even diagnose my Jeep and told me the work they did was not warranted. Again, which I don't believe they can do. They're upset because they did not follow the law and someone held them accountable. Throughout my life, I have purchased to date 7 Dodge-Jeep vehicles and have never had a negative experience from any other dealership. I ended up taking my Jeep to Jim Shorkey Dodge-Jeep. They made the repairs, as the parts were still under warranty. They were pleasant and great to work with. Next time, I will definitely go there, but will never go to Kufleitner's again.

Tonight I got a called from some else at the dealership that they had sold the vehicle out from under me with no other explanation given to me or to Dave. I wouldn't trust this place at all. I'd recommend taking your business to some place that takes their word and guarantees seriously, and treats their employees and potential customers better than this.
