The level of service we have received from start to finish has been exceptional. Communication was excellent regarding the initial measuring up, to the design, to visiting the showroom to finalise plans and book in the job, to daily updates on progress and plans for the next day and being available whenever required to help accommodate changes. The guys even gave up their Saturdays and worked into the evenings some days to make sure that progress stayed on track. The entire HHI team have been hard working, polite, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, understanding, and accommodating to last minute changes. They really couldn't have done more for us and nothing was too much trouble. The selection of products and services available is vast and the level of expertise you receive is high. Every small detail has been considered and it's clear to see that the team take pride in what they do, they are all perfectionists with a passion for their trades. The quality and standard of finish is second to none and we really could not be happier with our new bedroom, en-suite bathroom and storage rooms. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing any form of home improvements. We would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to the whole team. I'm sure we will be back when it comes to redoing our bathroom and kitchen in the future!

The displays are well done and inspiring but I have not found anything that I wanted to buy. The person letting us in great full of fun and joy, polite, respectful to all. we went on with our shopping, had a nice time looking around the store looking at most of the departments.
