It seems to be run by a husband and wife team, and they were both so kind and welcoming. He explained I didn't need to replace the lock and he could make a key by doing an impression of the lock. I came in around 3pm, so he had it ready the next day. The price was very reasonable (much cheaper than the first place), and the service was excellent. The store is also well stocked with door knobs, padlocks, and other home security items. Highly recommend!
