He proactively pointed out areas where he thought would be a risk of water intrusion and mitigated that during the install. I will say that the NVR system is not for the technically challenged. I looked at Reed Brothers website and saw they have different styles so i called and asked about a specific measurement. I was told i need to speak to a certain person who wasn't there. The guy asked me for my phone # and said he'd give me a call. I asked "Will it be today?" and the answer was no, it will be tomorrow. Well it's been several days now, and nobody has called, and obviously no one is going to bother calling. Probably he threw my number in the garbage. The guy i spoke to was also sort of unpleasant. It was his tone. He told me if the bars are going on bedroom windows you need quick release per the codes. I told him they're going in the living room. He said in some cities you even need quick release for the living room. Hey that's my problem. You just sell me what i'm asking for, and let me worry about the codes. If there's a fire in front, you just go out the back door. Sounds like he's trying to talk me out of buying anything. I am done with them. I found my bars elsewhere and they're fine, and cost less than their prices anyway. Can't be bothered to call the customer, OK, that's your loss buddy.
