The groomers always do an amazing job and always double-check with me about how I want Leo's hair cut. Leo hates baths and being brushed, but everyone at The Dog House Pet salon is always so patient with him! I'm also impressed with how fast the pets are groomed here. Previous groomers would book multiple dogs at a time and have Leo sitting in a crate longer than he needed to, but at this salon, the dogs are never in the crates more than necessary. She showed us the best ways to work on calming things down when visitors arrive, and also provided ways our children can help be involved training - and making sure our dogs are responding to small children in appropriate ways. And Iona just called me to let me know how everything is going with Allie. Allie is having a ball! Good customer service is a rare find these days.
