DID NOT DO THE AGREED TEXTURE, TOOK PAYMENT, LEFT WORK UGLY AND UNFINISHED, AND DID NOT REPLACE DAMAGED BELONGINGS! He'll turn your dreams to nightmares!!! Excuses, excuses, I have never met a business more full of excuses than this person. From the first day he showed up 1 hour late, to now that he is facing formal complaints for the horrible job and horrible treatment and refusing to take down illegal private property pictures in his business pages. Before you hire this guy, consider the following: 1) Qualification and accountability - no he is not LLC, it's a false presentation. Ask for his license and registration. He doesn't even have all the proper equipment, he has to borrow or buy them from your budget. 2) Integrity - He lies to his boss to take up private projects. He lies to his crew. He lies to his clients. No word of honor. Crocodile tears, false promises, the usual sales pitch that sound like your disgusting politicians. Rip-off and SCAMMER. 3) Quality - I got over a hundred pictures of his poor and cheap workmanship, some attached for your warning. 4) Timeline - He scheduled 3 days total, showed up for 3 half-days until the wheels fell off. He messed up the job, and of course, with no contingency mitigation, it all went out of hand. But you're supposed to give him a chance, right? Be grateful that he's even willing to work more hours for you, right? He will even bring in a crew that smelled of cigarette and breaks your ceiling fan and switches and leaves their painted fingerprints on your appliances. 5) Logistics - He has a day job, and 2-3 other side jobs that you wouldn't know about until he has started on your project. Expect to have to work around his schedule not yours. I had to deal with erratic meeting times during the day for over a week. It also means you have to contribute to the needed Home Depot runs, or set back your timeline further. He also will not take credit card payment because this service costs him more. 6) Communication - Topnotch MIScommunication skills. Or maybe that's intentional strategy to keep you riding along because until he gets your money, he will tell you what you want to hear. When he's done talking see what he actually accomplished... nothing but more problems. He had the guts to question the punch list I sent him so I will humor him: 1) we don't need a punch list if he knew what he was doing 2) the outstanding items have always been there: poorly coated walls, crooked lines, paintmarks and dusts on surfaces they shouldn't be, messed up personal belongings in the house, AND crappy ceiling texture that is no where close to the samples clearcut and tangible. I had to send several repeated or more specific texts and pictures to make sure someone remembers and addresses them because obviously there is a disconnect between his "I will fix them" and what I actually get. And for the record, none of these items in the punch list were addressed. He took off with the money. 7) Creativity - He had to accuse me of touching the paint to make the work look unfinished. This guy will go above and beyond to make up excuses, fabricate stories, and bite your hand. It doesn't matter because he already got the money. I've never had a more terrible experience with a "business". Every chance I took with him just multiplied the problems. The requirement was straightforward, they were not changing. Can't say the same about his commitment and standards. He wouldn't own up to the fact that he simply didn't deliver. Couldn't deliver and meet expectations from the beginning but intended to wing it in the hopes to still get paid for a blotched job. Totally incompetent and DISHONEST. read more
