He is fantastic at walking through the entire house with you and showing you everything he finds that you should be aware of, not just the negatives either. He's great at telling you the pro's, con's, as well as the little things like - in a few years you might want to do this or that... or if you did this right away, it may help prevent this or that happening. He was more than happy to answer my many questions at each inspection, and at the end of the inspection provides a very detailed report with several pictures and his comments on areas that need work or that the homeowner should be aware of. He has no issues getting into crawl spaces or attics, searching for mold and mildew or evidence of leaks and things like that, or getting on top of the roof.
