When I approached the staff for a return or exchange, one worker was helpful (but she had to ask the other ones opinion) while another was rude and uncooperative. She dismissed my request without even listening or looking at me, citing an open box as the reason for denial. Even though all the components of the item and its packaging inside were still wrapped, sealed, and untouched. An issue or return matter truly reveals the true colors of a business's customer service, as exemplified by the above described actions. I expected better treatment at a kids store and a willingness to resolve issues. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

Living up to their namesake, they've got a great selection of cards for all events, small gifts, and a variety of party balloons, plates, and other supplies. The store was clean and very neat. Our troop had time in the beginning to browse the store and look at merchandise without any hesitation, in fact, the women at the store encouraged it. The girls in our troop had a blast making their bears from start to finish. Special shout out to Amanda for having the patience of a saint and having a great attitude!
