I started buying from there home fragrance collection. Not a fan of the Fragrance Spheres, which I will never buy again. I like the Scentlight because it has no plug only batteries and now I'm enjoying scentplug. They only last 30 days if you keep it on the lowest setting.

Always something on sale and even their discounted section with candles they are trying to get rid of are worth a look. Plenty of candle related items here too such as gift sets, holders, holiday products, etc. When I was here the other day I was greeted by a staff member as soon as I walked and and helped me make a purchase, so no problems here. Their candle quality is terrific but you will pay for it. If you ever have a chance check out the Yankee Candle Village up in Massachusetts - it's amazing. Just be prepared to drop some cash there!

I usually go in the late afternoon/early evening when it's nice and quiet, so it feels like a personal shopping experience (I have Aspergers, so this is wonderful!). I especially admire their unique Samhain (Halloween) décor around this time of year! If you're goth you know how hard finding spooky pieces that don't "scream Happy Halloween!!" (no pun intended) is to find, and enjoy all year long in your home. At Home should be on your list of places to find cool stuff. As for their other items, they have a nice selection. The departments in the store are neatly organised, well planned out, it's hard to not know where you are in this store. Some of their larger furniture pieces are nice, they look sturdy, and they have a good selection of styles to choose from. I purchased a gamer chair to use as a desk chair a month ago, free delivery for signing up to their newsletter, and it's still holding up very well! Was $200, not including tax. It was within my budget. Also purchased some cool gothic battery operated candles from them last year, they still work perfectly as well! The staff are friendly, the place is kept nice and clean, and the bathrooms are kept up well. Despite the overall positive things I have to rave about, there are a few downsides. Almost every time I've been here the scooter has died on me in the middle of my shopping. I use the scooter because I have chronic breathing problem that puts me at a risk of choking and passing out with physical exertion. The scooter tends to die on me in under 40 minutes. This applies to all 3 of them. I can walk, but not for a long time, and much slower than most people's normal pace. The scooters need to be charged for much longer than they currently are. Second complaint. While the quantity of products is impressive, the prices are not. Those gothic candles I mentioned earlier were $25. They are a set of three of black waxed LED pillar candles, three different heights, with detailed silver wax spiders on them, and the abdomen of the spiders have a red plastic diamond crystal on them. Very beautiful, but not worth that price, considering they don't come with a remote. Also, I purchased one of those cup holder tissue tubes-$5 for the tube with 50 or so (single ply) tissues! Far from the end of the world, but what a rip off!! A nice store to shop in, great products, but a on the pricey side for sure. I recommend, but budget a bit more money.

I was told that the pictures on line are not of current items. They did not have what I went in for. The clothing is beautiful but way over priced. Due to circumstances out of my control. I arrived 5 minutes before closing. 5 other customers where in the store, I was greeted with the announcement that they where closing in 5 minutes. When 5 more people came in the store, it was announced they had 4 minutes to shop. We all where rushed to pick our items, and get out of the store. I found the staff abrasive and I will not be returning.
