I called them up, told them I needed cam shaft driven fuel pump, by pass valve, downpipe and cat back exhaust installed. Hondr House gave me a quote and told me to bring it in. The next day at like noon or so, Hondr House calls me up and tells me there must be some confusion and that they can't do the work. What a waste of my time. ECKR on the hand, asked me to stop by which I did. I showed them all the parts I had, they quoted me and they scheduled an appt and I dropped the car off. I stopped by at the end of the 1st day to check up on them. Wayne invited me into the shop and walked me around my car and what they had done already. These guys are not only friendly, but very good at what they do....and they do a lot! Wayne, thank you very much. I can't wait to have your shop do some more work on my ride.

Everyone there was incredibly nice and understanding of my predicament despite the short notice. I told them to give me the works and left it over night. After returning the next morning, I found my car absolutely shining and smelling amazing despite the arguable war crime that had happened the day before. They really saved me and even gave me a discount. The price was absolutely fantastic for the job I got and I'm planning to come back once a year for winter detailing as well as snagging a quote for a wrap job. Thanks a ton, guys!

I made an appointment online (which required me to pay upfront), but then the day before the appointment I received a text saying that they overbooked and couldn't take me. After two days of multiple miscommunications, they ended up coming to my home (which I initially appreciated)... The service took almost three hours, but after the employee left I realized that none of my interior doors were cleaned completely (the package I selected was "Interior Deluxe P3") and my seats were all left very damp. Overall, definitely not worth the money or time spent. I'm sad to leave this review, since the owner "Joe" was nice/personable over the phone and the employee I met was friendly; but the entire experience was frustrating, and the business seems very disorganized.

Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, I was charged $80 for a coolant cap replacement. I questioned this at the time because the leak was significant, but my concerns were dismissed. AJ was extremely confident. However I drove home and unsurprisingly the coolant was still pouring out. After texting AJ, I was told to come back Monday. Only then did he finally run a diagnostic test and pull an error code. What's incredibly frustrating is that this code has an associated TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) that clearly points to a known issue. I later found this information myself with a simple Google search. AJ never mentioned it. Instead, he told me I needed a new water pump and charged me $800 to replace it, even though the TSB does not indicate the water pump as the issue. After six hours of work, I then received a text saying my engine needed to be replaced because coolant had leaked into it. Again, my questions on this were brushed off. AJ came off arrogant and promised this was the only fix. At that point I was skeptical so I had the car towed to another mechanic. They laughed at AJ's claim that the engine needed to be replaced and explained that the TSB repair simply required replacing the exhaust gas recirculation component - a far simpler and far less expensive fix than an engine replacement. AJ is a nice person, and I don't believe there was malicious intent. But the level of negligence, lack of research, poor diagnostic process, and dismissive attitude toward reasonable questions is unacceptable. Charging for unnecessary repairs while missing a documented manufacturer bulletin is not a small mistake, it's a serious competency issue. I would urge you to NOT take your car to Exotic King. He may say he charges less than competitors, but his lack of experience and knowledge will cost you.

It was beautiful, it's a couple years old but perfect condition. Less than a week of having it and the day before I was going to purchase liners, and a client dog had a serious accident in my back seat. My seats are fabric. Mesh, to be specific. I was horrified, my brand new car reeked, I couldn't get it out of the seats, and I was concerned that I would have to reupholster seats in the car I just bought. Enter Middlesex Auto Reconditioning. This was the first place I called, and when I described the issue they said they would have to look at it before they could say for sure if they could clean it. The next day I stopped by, fully prepared to either be told it wasn't possible to clean it or that I had to spend $200-300 on a full detail. Gus had me pull the car in right away and immediately got to work. Within 20 minutes, it was like the accident had never happened! Better yet, I didn't have to get a full detail. He only cleaned the spots that needed it, and he did a fantastic job. No stains, no smell, nothing was left - I had a clean car and I didn't have to shell out a bunch of money. I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.
