The menu isn't vast, simple and yummy and the prices are amazing. We opted for a salad too start with and it was simple yet delicious. Our server was also on point making sure we were happy

Came here on a Thursday evening around 7. There was only one other group at a table and us. The…read moreserver politely reminded us they close at 8 which I found odd seeing as we still had an hour. My family opted for a variety of items on the menu; pizza slices, chef salad, meatball sub, and meat lasagna. The food came out surprisingly fast and tasted fresh and hot. Everyone enjoyed their dish with the exception of my daughter who got lasagna. She wasn't a fan of the sauce, it was savory and she prefers sweet. I tasted it and liked it, so it's just a matter of preference. The lasagna came with a ton of sauce and melted mozzarella which I loved, but she prefers more of a traditional form. Again, just preference differences. Two guys arrived around 7:20 and I observed the server clearly irritated and grumbling under his breath on his way to greet them. He informed them they close at 8 prior to even seating them and said they could only be served if they ordered right away. They happily agreed, but I was a little put off by it. You would've thought these guys waltzed in five minutes before closing based on how the server treated them. I contemplated knocking off a star based on the server's urgency to close up, but opted not to because the food was very good and the service was as well notwithstanding the closing issue.

The decor is simple…read moreand clean with that understated desert aesthetic, and the open wood-fired oven adds the perfect touch of cozy ambiance. You can actually watch the chef working the pizzas, which gives the place that authentic, craft feel. It's definitely not your typical pizza joint -- think elevated, intentional, and beautifully done from start to finish. The menu impressed me with how many vegan options they had (love to see it!). The charred broccolini was delicious, and I tried the Funghi Carnitas pizza with red sauce, vegan cheese, and pickled onions -- a combo I'd never had before, but it totally worked. Every bite was flavorful, balanced, and just the right amount of indulgent. This spot is the perfect mix of casual and elevated -- chill enough for a low-key night out, but refined enough to feel special. I'd absolutely go back.

Cinnamon sticks were not bad but why doesn't anyone serve cinnamon sticks with some type of dipping sauce around here?!
