They installed one garage door with two damaged panels and also installed a four year old used opener. They came back out to fix the panels, but told our contractor that the opener was a leftover stock new model. It is scratched up, discolored, and the light fixture had grease, dirt, and bugs all over the inside. They would not admit they installed used equipment. Also, billed our contractor for 'Premium Series' openers but both were the C2202 model. Shady practices!

We live out of state and asked for regular contact and photos as work progressed. Owner had minimal ability with technology and updates were few and far between. He also complained a lot about how little he was making on the job, but he was the one who submitted the bid and agreed to the terms. The majority of the work turned out really nice but there were small details he agreed to fix but never did. Also hired him to finish renovations started by a family member but after many delays and no shows, he told us his crew wouldn't be back because he had lots of other better paying jobs lined up.

I never felt like they were trying to persuade or pressure me into working with them. After comparing a few places in the area, we decided to go with WIN. Alex was AMAZING. He was early to the inspection and had already completed the majority of the exterior walk around before we even arrived. He walked up through everything, highlighting important fixes and bringing awareness to smaller (or cosmetic) fixes as well. He was kind, patient, and very very very thorough. As first time home buyers, we were extremely overwhelmed. Alex helped us to understand that no home would be perfect, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't worth it, or fixable! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

While I do think Brian caught a lot of things, was very helpful explaining things there, and took a lot of pictures and videos - he missed a few big things. My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. After living there for two days the handle to the shower faucet broke off completely - this might not have been something he could've caught but I feel like as an inspector you would typically have a better eye than the average person for things like that. Although I did think that Brian was good at explaining everything, I was just a bit disappointed to find these things immediately.

They pulled the old trick of making a quote, pulling it apart, and then saying there was more work than they thought. I paid almost double what we had agreed upon. Then, it had a lifetime warranty, thank God, because it broke down and cracked 6 MONTHS later. I called them 5 times before they would make a time to come out. It took about a month. Then, once they did, they sent someone out to look at it, and no one else for weeks. Then they finally fixed it, by patching the cracks with ugly white paneling. I had paid like 7 thousand dollars for a beautiful purple shower and now it has big white patches down the corners. It's a huge huge, disappointment, which I am still paying on. What a let down.

We could not be happier with the upgrades and the service was phenomenal, not to mention quite reasonably priced. We were allowed to pick out our flooring, tile, shiplap and lighting fixtures. We simply provided the SKU# to Greenworks and they brought the products with them to the job site. The crew set-up, worked efficiently, and cleaned-up the work site each day. If my spouse had not been at home, I would not have even known general contractors had been on site except for the progress found on my return at the end of each day. Greenworks had been recommended to me from a co-worker and we are so glad we reached out to hire this company. They offered suggestions during the planning stages to ensure we were on the right path for a complete project. I would definitely hire them for future upgrades and recommend their services to others. Thank you Greenworks Remodeling for jobs well done! Trudy T.
