Very poor installation in the corners of my gutters. It collapsed unbeknownst to me. Once discovered, 2 years after installation I reached out and was told there is only a 1-year warranty on the mesh product. Franciscus warranty agreement states they cover labor and workmanship for 10 years. I was told they could send a tech out in 3 weeks, $500.00 Service call! Alternative offered was to refer to a local contractor who could come out sooner and at less of charge. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this group. They do not stand behind their products or warranty.

My bathroom and living/dining room combo was left unusable for 8 months. They installed the wrong window...reversed cold/hot on both shower/sink...installed floor/tile incorrectly...installed electrical outlets incorrectly. He only includes a portion of the work on the initial estimate so that he can claim the rest as a change order and demand an additional payment. I attempted to recoup my losses legally but several attorneys advised that it would be too costly and wasteful since Mr. Haun is known to file bankruptcy.
