I agree with the fast response but the customer service is awful. Rude and dismissive attitude. I…read moredon't understand why, but I can only assume it was because I wanted a quote (and he wanted to know if needed service or not). That was how far we got before HE hung up without saying bye, thank you, or let us know if we can help. I'm deciding to bypass this company just based on the his condescending tone and dismissive attitude. I rated a 2star to be fair since he did respond quickly. Update: After leaving a review about my experience with this company. I received a phone call from a completely different number (possibly the same guy) asking me to remove a review since I was not a customer. I assumed he was calling on behalf of another company since he said, they "locksmiths?" are a close-knit community and that he's asking me nicely to remove it (again, possibly the same guy). So, I go back to look at the messages and I notice a picture of the same guy for 2 different companies. Like, what type of scam is this? (Ok, more than likely the same guy) To be fair, this guy wasn't rude, he used please thank you and even told me to have a good day before WE ended the call. It was the type of conversation I wish we'd had the first go-around. Ha, go figure. I've attached a photo of both companies. (Ok, it's definitely the same guy) I want to reiterate that I am NOT a customer and I chose NOT to use their services and I won't use the clone company's services either. Good customer service doesn't start when money exchanges hands, it starts from the moment someone interacts with your business. The fact that I am not a customer doesn't negate your responsibility to treat me kind and with respect. Sir, I wish you the best moving forward.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Yan is the man! I over cranked the quick release on my Yakima / Thule / rocky…read moremount rack lock. Yan took the time to diagnose and gently assess the issue. This lock was extremely jammed due to my own user error. Within minutes Yan was able to get the lock back in working order. Feeling very luck right now!! After the lock was fixed he went around and sprayed pro-grade lubricant in the 11 other locks. Above and beyond! Very fair pricing for meeting us on a holiday (4th of July)!! He even gave us some great tips for our cycling trip in the U.P. What a great guy!!

Great service by the gentlemen cleaning, and they brought years of grime off the fence to make it look brand new! Very happy with my service from them, definitely recommend them and will go to them for any other cleaning needs! Very happy with the service provided!

We hired Certified Restoration after a leaky dishwasher ruined all of our flooring. They came out…read moreand told us that they would be a mediator for us for our insurance company and that they would take care of the ruined flooring. They also told us the would help us coordinate all of the repairs needed with our insurance company. When Certified Restoration came out to our house to remove the flooring they damaged a closet door and poked a hole in the ceiling of our garage. The damaged door was noticed immediately and pointed out to them. Photos of the damage were taken as well. However, the ceiling in the garage was not noticed until the next day. When we asked what would be done about the damage to the house, they told us that they didn't damage anything. They did finally admit to damaging the door and offered to fix it, but they refused to fix the hole in my garage ceiling. After they had gathered their equipment, they told us they would be in touch with us in the next few days regarding next steps. After we failed to here back from Certified Restoration, we actually got in touch with the flooring people ourselves. After a week or so of working with the flooring people and the insurance company ourselves, we finally contacted them about our damage door to determine what they planned to do about it. Larry finally reached out to us and told us that they didn't break anything, and refused to fix our door until we provided them with the photographic evidence of their damage. Larry's solution to his company's error was that we fix the damage ourselves (an expense of $600.00) and he would waive the $250.00 visit fee. This is a fee that he claimed the insurance company didn't cover (they did cover it). Obviously we declined this offer. Larry took the door with him and said he would fix it and bring it back. We didn't hear from him for over a week. When Larry finally returned the door to us he was extremely rude to my husband, used foul language towards my husband and implied that he was a liar. He told him that our home was crappy and all of our belongings were crappy and that's why the door broke. He then brought up the $250 visit fee again. I asked if he had run it through the insurance company and to provide me with their denial, because he had told my husband that he had ran it. He then told me that my "husband says a lot of things." I eventually had to go to my insurance company myself to find out that it was denied because he had coded it incorrectly. I am now finished with this company, and they have been paid in full. I want to warn others of what they are getting into.
