Numerous individuals kindly replied to my request, but Stephen Whealan came in first. I asked for a reference, and that person provided a glowing report, so I called Stephen back. Stephen then requested a phone call, so he could better understand what was happening. He thought he could come out the following week, but when I expressed disapointment for the delay, he offered to rearrange his schedule, so he could come out the next day. He was punctual, friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. It was clearly important for him to leave the customer satisfied, and he took the time to explain what was going on, which I appreciated. I would hire Stephen again.
