Shortly after leaving, a wheel came off while driving, causing approximately $3,800 in damage. This was an extremely dangerous situation that could have ended much worse. Properly torquing wheels is a basic safety responsibility, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in their workmanship. The shop is refusing responsibility. They lost a customer for life.
