Logan purchased Justin Time Services from the previous owner's widow. I had used this business for over 10 years and wasn't sure if I could like the new owner as much. However, Logan exceeded my expectations and did a superior job. My windows were spotless, the tracks cleaned, and screens washed. Next time he'll do some re-screening but he felt I had at least another year of service out of them. Thank you Logan for the honesty. Today I had used their services for window cleaning. I asked the first guy to put on a mask, and he respected that. The other gentleman, which was the owner, states he was not going to wear a mask if we didn't. With such a nasty attitude, he was very disrespectful! I would not suggest this company, even with a special discount. Additionally, I texted regarding cancelling the check due to he vacuumed blinds and I told him no to the blinds as was buying new and clean windows and tracks only, but tracks weren't even cleaned. The owner responded with the following: Whatever if your covid panicked mask wearing goes for everyone...we vacuumed 4 blinds $28...and vacuumed 1/3 of your tracks $20...anyway I will throw away your check as dirty as your house was it wasn't going to be a winner for us...happy to leave. He was very nasty like this in person staying, "You just need to change the blinds, they're shitty!" This is not how you talk to customers, nor did I ask you to clean them. I have been hiring just in time for at least one decade now. My neighbors used them for years before so, I thought I'd give them a try. They show up when they make an appointment they work quickly and efficiently the windows are gorgeous after they are done, so clear so clean so beautiful. Of course I have some older windows that are naturally fogged inside that no one can fix, but the tracks and the screens are always done so well. No streaks, nothing missed! I'm super happy with their work! Also, the only unfortunate thing, the windows are so clean that 90% of the time I will have a bird hit it and die or get injured with in a few days of cleaning. read more

I just am thoroughly disappointed. We scheduled a Full house window cleaning tracks and windows along with blinds. My 10 year old could have done a better job. First of all showed up 1.5 hours after scheduled time. Then for a 2 story house along with carpet cleaning ..ONE person showed up. ONE...and then JOHN complained about having to do the blinds. He finally started work..and after an hour decided he need an hour lunch break. We were on a time crunch and needed to be out of our house by 4pm. This was for an open house. I strongly recommend you do not use this company. When I showed the office manager the pictures of the unfinished work and filthy windows she just matter of fact said "yes look likes he missed a few!" Unfortunately I had to leave and left payment up to my husband who because we have been loyal clients for 10 year trusted them and didn't check. I called 6/7/23 because I received a coupon book in the mail. The coupon says for residential tracks homes only. Ok. Told Fadra that we had a mobile home on private property and she quoted me a ball park cost, so no coupon. She said we can be there Tuesday the 13th between 9:00 and 10:00 am and said he'll be coming from Fallbrook so don't be concerned if it's closer to 10:00. On the 12th I called after hours and told them don't worry if he doesn't get here until 10:00 that's ok with us. the morning of the 13th Fadra called me back and said we don't have you scheduled for the first appointment (but that's what I wrote down) If I hadn't called her I would not have known we had conflicting schedules. They should confirm their appointments the day before for this reason. She said we're running late for our a.m. appointment but we can be at your place between 12:00 and 1:30. Called and left a message for a quote. I was called back and given quote and set up a day and time for them to come do our windows. I was given a time frame from 130-330. The day of our appointment came and we made sure we were home. At 3:10pm, they called to tell me their helper did not come in and would need to reschedule. Understandable so I said ok. The gentleman said he would call me later that night once he checked the schedule. I then received a text that said they would check the schedule within the next week and call me to reschedule my appointment. Its been 15 days and no phone call, nothing. I texted the number back and told them to forget about rescheduling me. I was texted back that looks like they both forgot to call me to reschedule and oops they dropped the ball. I am a Personal Assistant for a longtime customer of Justin Time. She requested I place this review on her behalf. This customers windows were cleaned and screens replaced on the sliding doors April 12th. The job was done well but the screen doors were off track and wouldn't lock. She called April 13th regarding the matter and was told someone would show up on the 21st. No one came or called to follow up. She called and was told someone would be out on the 27th . Today she heard someone at her back patio screen and noticed it was John from Justin Time. Before she could put her dog in the garage , John was gone. She called him immediately and John answered stating he was already too far from her house to come back . She explained the locks were not working still. John sounded disinterested and stated "well no one told me the locks weren't working. This customer is so frustrated, the receptionist at Justin Time had been so helpful in rescheduling the second visit and apologized for the no show. Hi I also hired John the (owner) to hang my Christmas Lights this year. He wasn't the friendliest person but did hang up our lights in about 30 minutes. When I scheduled my christmas lights to be hung up the secretary said I didn't have to pay till after the lights were taken down. As you know we had a lot of consistent rain and I texted John to ask when he was going to take down my lights being that it's been raining. John said mid January ? Which was way too long to keep your xmas lights up. I said that's too long and we may have to get a neighbor to take them down for us. I did ask if I could get 1/2 he money back that I paid already. First they rescheduled my appointment to clean my windows and blinds twice. The first time they cancelled after I called because they never showed up. Then when they came they left three blinds downstairs not cleaned and they charged me for cleaning those blinds. I reached out to the lady who I booked the appointment with and she never replied to say anything about the blinds. They charged me for a out of area fee and they are based in Temecula and I'm in Lake Elsinore. They should have given me a discount for something for the inconvenience. We had Justin Time come to clean our windows. While the majority of the job was done well we asked them to come back and fix a few things that were missed. They were reluctant to do this but did send someone. The worker who came had a bad attitude and when asked about it he stormed out of the house slamming the front door, screen door and even the front gate. Hired Justin Time for some window cleaning and screen repair through an ad in one of the local"coupon" flyers. Should've checked these reviews first. Took awhile for them to contact me back as you always have to leave a message. They showed up on time ( the only reason they got 3 stars) but very abrupt and wouldn't say the job they did was steller... ok but not great for the price. Tracks were not cleaned very well at all. Took several screens for repair and took over a week to get back and not on the date they said. When he came back to put up some sun sheeting on patio cover he did not ring bell but just proceeded to the fenced back yard to work. Fortunately there was no snarling dog to greet him but "snarling" husband did not appreciate the boldness of just letting himself in. (I was the one who contracted him and told him he would have to come after 11AM due to an appointment I had) completely ignored. The job on the patio cover was ok but will still have to tack it down differently as the wind will probably rip it right off the way it was installed. Total job was nearly $1000. First they are well over an hour late for our scheduled time. We used Justin Time Cleaning several years ago to clean our windows. At that time we had great service and they did a good job. We had an appointment to clean our carpets today between 9 and 10am. At 10:30 we contacted the office to find out what happened. The owner called and said he would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived 40 minutes later. When he arrived, he never mentioned anything about being late. I said, "That was a long 20 minutes." He never apologized for being late, just scowled at me and said," Can we just get past this? " I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude, and his response was, "Are we going to get this done or not?" I told him to leave. Will never use Justin Time again. read more

Second time I've used their services... They have standard pricing posted on their website for window cleaning- price is based on the size of the home and if you have more than one story. The standard service includes washing in and outside of the windows and a dry brush of the screens. If you want the screens washed, it's an extra $50. If you want the inside tracks washed, it's an extra $50. All of this was explained on the phone to me before the window washer Matt even showed up. For my large house, the cost was $155, plus I opted for the extra services. I think that as long as you understand what's included with the price, you'll be happy. The gal who set up the appointment on the phone was very helpful and didn't try to sell me more than what I asked for. Matt the window washer showed up on time (and actually came twice after I was 30 minutes late the first time-- mea culpa!) He was curteous and explained what he was going to do. I called Justin Time in November to have the windows cleaned. They had a special on their website for $149. They asked if I wanted to have the tracks cleaned and at the time I didn't know. We scheduled an appointment for the 9th of December at 8:30 am. They showed up at approximately 8:45 am. As I was talking to the one young man who told me that the square footage of the house was larger than I said (when I called to book the appointment, I knew the sq. footage of the house was almost 3000 sq. feet, but remember the "special" they had for $149), the second young man put a vacuum cleaner on his back and walked in the house. I asked where he was going and he said to start on the window tracks. I should have thrown them out of the house right there. I went into the house and let them get to work. About 15 minutes later, the first young man came out of the house and into the garage where I was working and gave me an adjusted quote for the window cleaning of $285. Again, I should have thrown them out of the house at that point.....but I didn't. He said that there was an extra charge for having "French Windows" because he had to squeegee the panes individually. I have two French windows and stationary :French" windows above them. That was an additional fee of $60. There was a fee of $20 for having "Sunscreens" (not sure why the extra fee since they are just screens and they didn't do anything extra to clean them) and I was charged $40 to "Scrub Screens w/Soap", which they didn't do - they only dry brushed them. I told the young man that I felt it was a "bait and switch" scam (Again, I should have thrown them out of the house, but I didn't). I asked if there was a discount for cash and found a 5% discount. At this point, they had already started the work and I felt I couldn't really throw them out (I should have anyhow.) I wish I could say that the $271 that I paid them was worth it - it wasn't. There are streaks on the front "French window" - you know the one that I paid extra for? In addition, the windows in the back look like they weren't cleaned well at all and still have "water" spots on them. In addition, I followed one of the young men into the house and wondered where he went so quickly. He was using the restroom without asking. I don't mind if contractors use the restroom, but normally they ask first. I found that to be unprofessional. Last, but not least, I noticed a broken tile on the roof after they left. I will NEVER use this company again - not even to wash the dogs. They were unprofessional, the pricing practices are unethical and they did a crappy job. read more

If I could I wouldn't give a rating. I've used their service twice. Year one was a reasonable price but the customer service was horrible but they were fulfilling a service I needed so I overlooked the lack of rude behavior of the person setting up my lights. The next year he billed me an extra $250 from a previous year and my neighbor who also uses him paid the same with no increase. This year I tried to get the issue rectified, they apologized and said the previous price should have been honored, and so I was requoted the original price as year one. This time he was scheduled to come on Wednesday, only to call me late Wednesday evening to tell me he has to charge me more and he won't be available until Friday, and then fails to show or call. Small businesses rely on word of mouth referrals and their level of customer service. This business falls extremely short of that. Avoid them at all cost. read more

I found Justin Time services in a neighborhood flyer left on our driveway. I called and received an appointment for window washing about a month out. On the day of my scheduled appointment I called to make sure they were coming. The service said I was on the schedule but I received a text later that I was out of area. Do not wasted your time if you live in lake Elsinore. I waited a month for service that wasn't to be. Justin Time had over 30 days to check this. They advertise in our community do not come here. I would not use again. The job was "OK", but just ok. The issue was the attitude when missed areas were pointed out. John became visibly irritated. He attempted to fix the issues, but ended with "it's too late in the day and I can't see the issues, you'll have to call us back and schedule for first thing in the morning". The outside windows were just scrubbed with a deionized water brush, no squeegee, no cleaner and the vinyl window frames were not even wiped outside so there were dirt streaks on them. Why would someone promoting his business in a company van drive so rudely? I HOPE YOU READ THIS IN TIME.....BEFORE YOU CALL JUST IN TIME! If there was such a thing as ZERO stars I would have given it to them. Do NOT use these guys. They did a terrible job. You could see streaks and marks on all windows and dirt along the edges of the windows. I called and complained because the streaks showed up better in the morning light with the sun on them. When they came out to correct the problems the guy would not not walk with me from room to room to see what I was talking about. He went outside with a rag and wiped the streaks. He said they were from hard water and paint. The streaks were on the INSIDE and there was no hard water on them. He also said some of the marks were paint. Not true there was no paint on them as the windows were installed in January and the house is scheduled to be painted July 12. He charged extra for paint removal. ( If it was paint why didn't he remove it if he charged for it.) They looked like he used a dirty squeegee. I live in a two story home and can't reach the uppers outside. So, I love, ease and price of having a company come out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a window cleaning service. While I don't think the company is very large, which is why the can keep their prices affordable, they are fast and professional. Their is nothing like looking through shiny clean windows. Had Justin Time Services out today because I had seen their ads in our local neighborhood circulars with price advertisements, and I had seen their work trucks at properties in our neighborhood, so figured they must be pretty good. They need to stick with just window washing. Our windows looks amazing - they were thorough, polite, and the windows look amazing. To be honest, I didn't realize just how dirty the windows were, until now that they are clean. But..I also hired them to do carpet cleaning on my area rugs. And I reallllly regret that. I have several large breed dogs - one of the dogs has peed on my area rugs. My "usual" carpet cleaning guy has always been able to get the smell neutralized and stain out - but he moved out of the area. Hence, the reason why I tried Justin Time for carpet cleaning. The rugs are now back in the house, and they smell WORSE than they did before. As I sit on my sofa typing this review, all I can smell now is dog urine. I will likely end up having to throw the rugs away and ordering new ones (thank god for overstock.com). And, this is after I paid the $40 for the "pet odor treatment". So, for over $500 of work, I am only pleased with about 60% of the job. Lesson learned. read more
