Once under contract, he came back 3 hours before our scheduled inspection of the home and made demands which forced us to back out; come to find out he did it on purpose because he wanted to accept another offer once we were already under contract. While what he did was not illegal, it is highly unethical and bad business all around. Red flags from day one. Save yourself the time and effort and stay away from his listings.
