There were structural issues with the bathroom's foundation and plumbing, which he and his team took care of and finished up the remodel exactly how we had asked him to. He took special care to ensure that the job site was cordoned off from the rest of the house and kept clutter and mess to minimum. We were extremely satisfied with the job and look forward to working with Josh and team in future projects.

These things matter to us and we got them all in Ulises Alvarado of UBD Handyman Services, who listened carefully and assessed our needs before installing decorative shutters to our home's exterior. The shutters were heavier than usual and he arrived with scaffolding (not just a ladder) for the upper level, demonstrating that he understood the scope of work. These gents work well as a team. The job was done with precision, quickly and at a competitive price. Ulises' cheerful manner and willingness to offer advice, when we asked, was icing on the cake. Did I mention he's an excellent communicator, responsive and punctual? He is! We'll bring Ulises back for our next job.
