The shop is expansive, with dedicated areas for different types of items. The designer section on the lower level was one of our favorites, and the upstairs furniture area was pretty cool too. We're hoping to pick up some pieces next time! We ended up snagging the cutest boots from the designer section. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, making this place even better. Not that…read moreanyone wants the details, but while we were dropping off our gently-used cat tree that we thought would be an appropriate donation for this store, I had an emergency. (I have Crohn's Disease and they were the first stop we had on our 50 mile trip into town.) But when I asked if I could please use their restroom, I was informed "no we do not have any for the general public". I will repeat, not only was I a "customer", I was actually their supplier and a handicapped one at that. This was absolutely unacceptable. I was directed to go to the big chain store across the street which I was unfamiliar with, but I knew their restrooms were way too far in the back for me to make it. Indeed, the rest of our trip was spoiled as a result of what happened next. I think accommodations could, and should have been made.

After consigning and purchasing from this store for many years, I was accused of shoplifting when I was forced to remove my own items from this store after owner put someone else's name and account number on the items I consigned refusing to give them back to me. I could not believe that a so-called business owner would treat a longtime customer and consigner in this fashion. There are great consignment stores in Santa Fe. Do not shop or consign in this one!!!!! Beware when you walk in the door!
